Title: Super-Chocolate Sorbet

1/2cWater
2ozSemisweet chocolate; 2 sq.
1/3cLight corn syrup
2tbCoffee-flavored liqueur
1cLow-fat (1%) milk; at room temperature

1. Heat water, chocolate, corn syrup and liqueur in medium saucepan over low heat until chocolate is melted. Stir in milk.

2. Immediately transfer to ice-cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.

Total prep time: 10 minutes plus freezing.

Per 1/2 cup: Calories 190; total fat 5 g; saturated fat 3 g; cholesterol 2 mg; sodium 65 mg; carbohydrates 35 g; protein 3 gm.
